This portfolio highlights the instructional design experiences, skills, projects, and deliverables ascertained by myself (Sila Lott) during the 2018-2020 academic period while attaining my Masters of Science in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies (ISLT) at Florida State University.  This portfolio outlines my professional experiences in the form of a resume, as well as a more detailed curriculum vitae for my intended doctoral program admission to the Florida State ISLT program in Fall 2020. My particular professional focus is in line with Higher education academic librarianship, with a focus on information literacy, online learning, and online instructional development.

 

This portfolio also displays my academic trajectory via my Program of study, and addresses my academic accomplishments in the form of deliverable artifcats and detailed annotations addressing the context, conditions, scope, and my role in these projects.

Additionally, my academic competencies acquired by each of these projects are addressed and highlighted. These specific skills are expected of ISLT Masters graduate students, and are desirable traits of business professionals hiring instructional designers.
